Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET or on U.S. federal holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Carriers We primarily ship via USPS. Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, weight, and destination.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Most U.S. orders arrive within 7 business days of shipment. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

International Shipping At this time, Omega Gems ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the USPS website.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date at info@omegagem.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
